We begin this cultural immersion by picking you up from the meeting point or your hotel (located in the historic center) to start our journey through the Imperial City. We offer two flexible schedules for your convenience: the Morning Shift (09:00 a.m.) or the Afternoon Shift (1:00 p.m.).
Our first stop is the Qoricancha Temple (The Golden Enclosure), the most important religious center of the Inca Empire, where we will appreciate the perfect fusion between Inca stone masonry and colonial Spanish architecture.
Next, we board our private tourist transport and head to the outskirts of the city to visit the 4 most important archaeological complexes:
Sacsayhuaman: An impressive ceremonial fortress built with gigantic megalithic stones, famous for its cosmic energy and panoramic views of Cusco.
Qenqo: A mystic labyrinth and ceremonial center dedicated to Mother Earth (Pachamama).
Pucapucara: Known as the "Red Fortress," an ancient military and administrative control point.
Tambomachay: The Temple of Water, featuring aqueducts and canals that are still functioning today.
Throughout the tour, your expert guide will explain the history, engineering, and legends behind each site. Finally, we return to the city of Cusco, dropping you off near the Plaza de Armas so you can enjoy the local gastronomy on your own.
