Thank you for choosing Mega Travel Machupicchu for your adventure in the Andes. To ensure a smooth reservation process for your tour to Machu Picchu, the Inca Trail, or any of our other destinations, please review our booking terms below.

By making a reservation with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. How to Make a Reservation

Booking your trip with Mega Travel Machupicchu is simple. Please follow these steps:

  1. Select Your Tour: Choose your desired tour or trek and your preferred travel dates.

  2. Contact Us: Send us an email or WhatsApp message to confirm availability for your specific dates.

  3. Submit Personal Details: Once availability is confirmed, we require the following information for each traveler:

    • Full Name (as it appears on your passport).
    • Passport Number.
    • Date of Birth.
    • Nationality.
    • Gender.
    • Dietary restrictions or medical conditions.
    • Important: You must send a clear photo or copy of your Passport. This is mandatory for purchasing Inca Trail permits and Machu Picchu entrance tickets.

2. Deposit Requirement

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required per person.

  • Why a deposit? This prepayment allows us to immediately purchase your non-refundable permits (Inca Trail/Machu Picchu), train tickets, and hotel accommodations.

  • Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until we have received both your personal details and the deposit. Once received, we will send you a Booking Confirmation via email.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following methods for the initial deposit:

  • Online Payment Link: We can send you a secure link to pay via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

  • PayPal: Fast and secure international transfer. (Note: Transaction fees may apply).

  • Bank Transfer: Direct transfer to our corporate bank account.

  • Western Union: For clients who prefer cash transfer services.
