Explore the magical Peruvian coast with Mega Travel Machupicchu. This 3-Day Desert Expedition takes you from the “Little Galapagos” of Paracas to the only desert oasis in South America, finishing with the enigmatic Nazca Lines. Ride dune buggies across giant sand dunes, taste Peru’s national spirit (Pisco) at a traditional vineyard, and fly over ancient geoglyphs etched into the desert floor. This is the perfect mix of adrenaline, nature, and history.

Day 1: Lima – Ballestas Islands (Paracas) – Huacachina Oasis (Ica)

We pick you up from your hotel in Lima at 04:30 a.m. (or the bus station) for the drive south to the Bay of Paracas. Upon arrival, we board a speedboat to visit the Ballestas Islands. Here, you will see thousands of sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and pelicans in their natural habitat. On the way, you will also spot the famous "Candelabra" geoglyph carved into the sand cliffs.

We then continue our journey to the city of Ica. We will visit a traditional Pisco Vineyard (Winery) to learn how the famous Peruvian brandy is made and enjoy a free tasting. In the afternoon, we head to the Huacachina Oasis. Get ready for adrenaline! We will take a Dune Buggy tour across the massive dunes and go Sandboarding down the slopes. We will watch the sunset over the desert before checking into your hotel in Ica/Huacachina.

Day 2: Ica – Nazca – Flight Over the Nazca Lines

After breakfast, we travel south (approx. 2.5 hours) to the city of Nazca. We proceed directly to the Maria Reiche Aerodrome for the highlight of the trip: The Flight over the Nazca Lines. During this 30-minute flight, you will see the massive ancient figures of the Monkey, the Spider, the Hummingbird, and the Astronaut from the air—the only way to fully appreciate their magnitude. After the flight, you will have free time for lunch. The rest of the afternoon is free to relax or visit the Antonini Museum (optional). We spend the night in a hotel in Nazca.

Day 3: Nazca – Lima (or Transfer to Arequipa)

On our final day, enjoy a relaxed breakfast. Depending on your preference:

Option A (Return to Lima): We begin our return journey north along the Pan-American Highway, arriving in Lima around 06:00 p.m.
Option B (Continue to Arequipa/Cusco): We can transfer you to the bus station to take the Cruz del Sur bus towards Arequipa (Night bus) to continue your Peruvian adventure south.

Transport: Tourist bus or private transport (Lima–Paracas–Ica–Nazca–Lima).
Excursions: Ballestas Islands (Boat), Dune Buggies & Sandboarding, Winery Tour.
